September 18, 2014 will be a day in British history when the majority voted no on Scotland’s independence. It was a close race, closer than some expected. In the past few years, the people of Scotland have been growing in disappointment with the United Kingdom on a number of issues including taxes, welfare and other laws. Since the no vote was announced, the British Pound has seen an up tick on the foreign markets. PM Cameron gave a speech earlier today saying, “Scotland, we hear you.” PM Cameron has promised to take a look at their policy to make changes for the greater good of the United Kingdom.
