‘Halloween Revolt’ Against Police Sparks Terror Fears
A group known as the National Liberation Militia, is encouraging its supporters to create a disturbance and then attack police this coming Halloween.
The FBI released a bulletin the plan to ambush cops this coming Halloween. The group is spreading its message over social media, so this means it is a nation wide terror threat. NYC Police are on high alert due to recent protests against police recently.
National Liberation Militia is hoping to use Halloween as a cover for their carnage as many people will be out on Halloween Night and wearing costumes will be common place.
The report of the threat comes at a time of unease between many police departments and the neighborhoods they patrol.
The weekend before the threat was reported, Patrick Lynch, the head of the NYPD’s union, called for a boycott of Quentin Tarantino’s films after the director took part in an anti-police rally in the city’s Greenwich Village neighborhood, according to Fox News.
The FBI said later on Tuesday, “As part of the continuous dialogue with our law enforcement partners, the FBI routinely shares information about potential threats to better enable law enforcement to protect the communities they serve. We urge the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious activity to law enforcement.”
